Added text 2 to state that patients who have received IT chemotherapy without cranial radiation as CNS therapy appear to have a low incidence of neurocognitive sequelae (cited Jansen et al., Espy et al., Copeland et al., von der Weid et al., Waber et al., and Kadan-Lottick et al., as references 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39, respectively).
